UI Improvements
Citrus Alarm Clock now opens the main configuration screen when you click its program icon, rather than complaining that the program is already running.
Adopted an easier-to-use licensing system, which doesn't rely on files.

- Fixed an issue where unexpected Windows Media Player errors could pop up an error dialog and prevent the alarm from playing.
- Increased the length of time before a media timeout error occurs, fixed an unusual error message that would occur when clicking the registration link, and fixed some formatting issues on the About dialog where the link text wasn't aligning correctly.
